The New Media 2012 presentations will happen at the Clyde Theater.

The Clyde Theatre was built in 1937—the height of the Depression--by Norman and Hazel Clyde. Although a lot more humble than the grand movie palaces being built in the big cities, Today, the owners are Blake and Lynn Willeford. Blake bought the theater in 1972 after returning from a Peace Corps stint in India. Lynn worked her way in starting as sweeper, then ticket sleller, then girlfriend/bookkeep and finally married Blake in 1978.

The Clyde is a Langley institution, and it's cozy and funky vibes will help set the tone for the New Media 2012 event.
