Sweepstakes Rules

Open to legal US businesses; entrants must be 18-years or older to win.

To enter, complete and send the online email form located at http://www.fusionspark.com/services/sweepstakes/.

The sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM EST on December 1, 2009 and drawings will continue each quarter. The first drawing will be the end of the 1st quarter of 2010, or March 31, 2010. Fusionspark Media, Inc. maintains the right to suspend the sweepstakes at any time, for any reason, without notice.

All online entries must be received before the end of each quarter in order to be eligible for the drawing that quarter. All email entries must be received by midnight on the last day of the quarter for that quarter's drawing.

One entry per business is allowed and only online entries are eligible. Entries are eligible to win in any drawing, although a winner becomes ineligible to win in subsequent drawings. Winners will be selected from Sweepstakes database through random number generation.

Fusionspark Media, Inc., is not responsible for late, garbled, lost, misrouted or scrambled transmissions or incomplete entries; failed computer hardware or software, telephone, server or other technical failures. Fusionspark Media, Inc., is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete or illegible entries. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received and will be notified by email and/or telephone. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prizes: One 3 to 5 page Custom Content Audit and Content Strategy Brief per quarter.

Approximate retail value: $4,200.

All other expenses not included in prize description are sole responsibility of winner.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic request, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered. Taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of winner. Prize may not be transferred, assigned, or redeemed for cash. Fusionspark Media reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Winner of the prize must execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release within fourteen (14) days of prize notification or an alternate winner will be selected. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Fusionspark Media, Inc. may use (unless prohibited by law) the winner's name, address, photograph and/or likeness for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation and Fusionspark Media, Inc. shall have no liability of any kind arising in connection with the Sweepstakes or from the awarding, acceptance, possession, or use or misuse of any prize.

Fusionspark Media, Inc. reserves the right to modify, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Fusionspark Media, Inc., corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes.
