We’re a Social Purpose Corporation
Consistent with our purpose-focused content values, we completed the B Corporation Certification Assessment, and we were certified as a B Corporation on April 11, 2016. We joined a growing list of Certified B Corporations, including Patagonia, Ben & Jerry’s, Etsy, Warby Parker, and more.
While we support the B Corp movement, we chose not to re-certify for 2019.
Instead, we chose to convert to a Social Purpose Corporation form of incorporation in Washington State.
